Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
 


We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility in our cancellation process. Below are the terms and conditions for canceling automobile shipping services:

1. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or by contacting our customer service team.
Cancellation requests must include your booking reference number, vehicle details, and the reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation Fees
Before Dispatch: If you cancel your booking before the vehicle has been dispatched for shipping, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total shipping cost will be charged.
After Dispatch: If the vehicle has already been dispatched, the full shipping cost will be non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after approval of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made after the vehicle has been loaded onto the shipping carrier.
Bookings canceled due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer are non-refundable.
5. Rescheduling Option
If you wish to reschedule your shipping instead of canceling, please contact us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the shipping without penalty or refund.
7. Disputes
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be addressed within 3 days of the cancellation request.
